Saguramo Green Farms

Located in Saguramo Settlement, Georgia.

With SGF project we developed the concept of contemporary housing with comfortable and good quality way of living in green surrounding.

We divided the project area in 21 private landplots with equal areas (1500 sqm) creating the visual relation between them, where vegetation makes the partition and protection of visual privacy.

The common recreation areas are designed for the social development, surrounded by vegetation, creating unique ambience in the heart of community.

The sport area is developing the transition with the external road of the housing complex, creating a relation of transparency, curiosity and filter.
